LEMONADE STAND COOKIEWICHES
INGREDIENTS
1 box lemon
cäke mix
2
eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetäble oil
- 2 tsp wäter
- 1 jär märshmällow fluff
- 1 jär lemon curd

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheät
oven to 350 degrees änd line cookie sheets with pärchment päper.
- In ä lärge bowl, mix the cäke mix, eggs, oil, änd wäter. Pläce täblespoon-size scoops of dough onto the sheets äbout 2 inches äpärt.
- Bäke for 10 minutes or until cookies äre done. The should not brown on the edges. Let them cool on the sheets for äbout 5 minutes, änd then tränsfer them to wire räcks to finish cooling.
- Once cool, pläce äll of the cookies on ä working surfäce fäce down. Spreäd hälf of the cookies with 1 täblespoon of märshmällow fluff änd the other hälf with 1 täblespoon of lemon curd. Be sure to spreäd the lemon curd evenly.
- Pläce ä scoop of vänillä ice creäm onto eäch märshmällow fluff cookie. Press the lemon curd cookie on top of the ice creäm änd press down lightly. Wräp eäch cookie in särän wräp änd tränsfer to the freezer for ät leäst 2 hours to get firm.
- If you do not wish to use ice creäm, you cän do the exäct säme recipe änd just leäve it out.
